  • Next, take one tablespoon of baking soda and pour it into 3 liters of water and use it to soak your feet in.
  • Once finished, use a towel to dry your feet, then apply a coating of the alcohol and bay leaves mixture.
  • Please put on your socks and keep them on while you sleep.
